The individual:

We are specifically looking for individuals with backgrounds in Finance and Business Growth, who also have substantial expertise in governance and operations. Sector experience is flexible, provided you possess the skills and passion to drive their business forward.


Requirements:

  • Proven experience in a senior role (CFO/NED or Chair) within finance or business growth.
  • Strong background in governance and operations.
  • Excellent strategic thinking and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to provide independent, objective advice and challenge constructively.
  • Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to mentor and develop senior management talent.
