Business Administrator

A leading real estate financing company located in heart of W1 are currently recruiting for a Business Support Administrator to join their team. This opportunity has arisen at an exciting time as the company is growing and expanding its vision at a rapid rate.
Candidates applying should have previous experience in a business support role from a professional services background, with a positive, can do-attitude and possess excellent IT skills.
Duties include:
- Liaising with clients on a daily basis
- Handling incoming queries via phone and email
- Dairy management, arranging internal and external meetings
- Conducting research on a range of lending programmes
- Researching and collating information for client meetings
- Preparing presentations and formatting appropriately
- Updating client information on in-house CRM
- Recording accurate information from clients and inputting into various templates
- Processing documentation regarding loan repayments
Key Skills:
- Previous experience in a business support role
- Excellent communication skills
- Strong IT skills
- Good numeracy skills
