The Role:


You'll spearhead B2B sales initiatives, focusing on expanding our presence across contract furniture markets including student accommodation, serviced accommodation, built to rent, leisure, social care settings, and other key sectors. Your responsibilities will include forging and nurturing relationships with trade buyers, devising effective sales strategies, negotiating contracts, and analysing market data to drive performance and lead generation. Leveraging your experience in furniture sales, you'll exceed targets and successfully navigate the dynamic trade environment in these varied sectors.


What We're Looking For:


  • Proven Track Record: You bring at least four years of high achieving B2B trade sales experience to the table, with a demonstrated ability to surpass targets and drive revenue growth in sectors such as student accommodation, serviced accommodation, and social care settings.
  • Commercial Acumen: Your strong attention to detail and proficiency in developing and understanding commercial models enable you to make informed decisions and capitalise on opportunities across diverse markets.
  • Communication Skills: With excellent written and oral presentation skills, you excel in articulating complex concepts and building rapport with stakeholders at all levels.
  • Tech Savvy: Proficiency in Google Workplace, CRM systems, creating compelling presentations, and streamlining sales and forecasting processes.
  • Hunter Mentality: You possess a proactive mindset and tenacious drive for securing new business opportunities, ensuring a steady pipeline of leads and repeat sales across various sectors.
