Job Description
About The Role
We have an exciting opportunity to join our People team as Reward and Benefits Advisor on a part time permanent basis. Reporting into the Benefits and Pension Manager, you will be responsible for supporting the Reward team in providing an efficient, proactive and confidential service, acting as a central contact for questions from the employees regarding rewards and recognition.
You will also be providing assistance to our global assignment employees coming into the UK by handling the immigration requirements (with external immigration agency) for the individual and any family members, and liaising with the various areas of support such as accommodation searches and local information.
Skills & experience you can bring to the role:
- Working effectively with a range of stakeholders across the business, being able to confidently communicate and have excellent written communication with a high attention for detail.
- You will be highly organised and thorough in your approach with the ability to deliver to a high standard.
- Ideally you will have worked within a HR function and have experience of delivering excellent customer service in a fast paced environment.
