UK, UK, United Kingdom Wordbrew Full time

About Wordbrew:

Wordbrew is leading a new era of content creation, combining Artificial Intelligence with our network of more than 400 subject matter experts. Our mission is to transform how content is created for every team, making quality content collaborative, simple, and accessible for businesses at every stage. Since 2020, we have collaborated with brands like American Express, Joe & The Juice, and Toshiba, to convey their unique brand stories that evoke authority and engagement.

The opportunity:

Wordbrew is a fully remote, U.S. company seeking a Project Manager (Content Marketing) to join our team of creatives. You will work cross-functionally with our Writing, Editing, and SEO teams to lead the execution and day-to-day of project deliverables, supporting highly visible business initiatives. Serving as a champion of our client’s brand, you will represent the Wordbrew content team with business partners.

Project Management is the hub of Wordbrew’s operations team, valued as the team’s go-to resource on process, priorities, and project details. You love working with people and can manage multiple end-to-end project workflows simultaneously. You proactively provide thoughtful solutions to address feedback or changes in timelines. You are passionate about helping businesses thrive through quality content and are skilled at managing expectations with partner teams. You have an innate ability to be nimble and work through ambiguity. You relish having a positive impact on the team culture.

As a Project Manager (Content Marketing), you will:

  • Project management: Direct project allocation, create detailed project briefs, and serve as the primary liaison between clients and our writer network. You will set and maintain delivery cadences and ensure that all deadlines are achieved.
  • Content/SEO consultancy: Provide advice on best content marketing and SEO best practices to optimize client projects. Advise on best practices to enhance online visibility and engagement, leveraging your extensive experience to ensure content not only reaches but also resonates with target audiences.
  • Client interaction: Manage a diverse roster of clients, including conducting introduction and monthly or biweekly synchronization calls.
  • Communication: Maintain prompt and effective communication with your roster of clients, team members, and other stakeholders.
  • Customer success: Drive upsells and cross-sells based on client needs and value potential, and develop strategies that enhance both customer loyalty and team revenue.

As an Applicant, you bring:

  • 2+ years of experience in a Project Management role, ideally in the Marketing space
  • Experience leading both small and large, complex creative project delivery for cross-functional teams
  • Proven ability to manage multiple, competing priorities simultaneously with minimal supervision
  • Open and collaborative work style with excellent verbal and written communication skills across all levels of leadership
  • Proven ability to set priorities, unblock teams, and meet deadlines
  • Strong sense of ownership and urgency—optimistic, “get it done” mindset
  • High attention to detail as well as the ability to zoom out and see the bigger picture
  • Ability to use positive energy to maintain personal and team momentum
  • Experience with project management tools and best practices
  • Fluent spoken English and flawless written communication (non-negotiable)

As one of our earliest team members, this role will have the potential to transition to full-time from 2025.

Our values:

  • We put humans first: AI may assist us, but people drive everything we do. We lead with candor over convenience, engaging in every interaction with empathy and integrity. Whether colleague or client, we inspire one another to continuously learn, evolve, and refine our craft.
  • We cultivate innovation: Improvement is always on the horizon, and we’re set on adapting and adjusting to reach the next milestone.
  • We take ownership: Every action we take is accountable to the mission. We focus on what’s essential and take it upon ourselves to clear the path of any roadblocks or distractions.
  • We are optimistic problem-solvers: Our proactive can-do attitude empowers us to push the limits of what’s possible for us and our clients.

Location: UK or Europe (non-negotiable)

This position is fully remote. Our team is spread worldwide, and we strive to make remote working as fluid as possible for everyone.

Compensation: $30-35 USD/hr, starting with 30-40 hours per month and increasing as we onboard new clients.

Join us:
