WORKING HOURS: Full-time, 9am - 9pm availability, Mondays - Sundays

Job Description:


As the centralised Reservations Agent for Chotto Matte UK, you will be responsible for managing all inbound reservation bookings and enquiries for both UK locations; Soho and Marylebone. Working closely with our UK Sales & Events manager and our onsite Reception teams, you will need to be proficient with 7 Rooms booking system (or equivalent) and be able to demonstrate relevant experience within the Hospitality Industry.

This position is a Full-time role and will based between our Head Office located in Baker Street and our 2 restaurant locations.

Please note that you will need to have weekend availability to work on weekends (you will not work every weekend) and be flexible in your shift patterns.


Key Responsibilities:


  • Handle incoming reservation enquiries via phone, email, and online platforms promptly and professionally.
  • Manage the reservation system effectively to maximize seating capacity and optimise table turnover.
  • Build strong relationships with guests, understanding their preferences and special requests to provide a completely tailored experience.
  • Maintain and develop proficient relationships with our returning guests
  • Coordinate and manage a small reservations team to ensure seamless communication and execution of all reservations.
  • Maintain accurate records of reservations and guest information.
  • Handle guest enquiries, feedback, and complaints with tact and diplomacy, striving to exceed guest expectations at every opportunity.
