As an Account Manager for MEP Hire you will be required to retain, develop, and grow the account base by increasing the customer awareness of the benefits of using MEP Hire and other Vp Group businesses.

Key Responsibilities

The role requires a tenacious individual with the ability to not only meet but exceed their targets through the development of existing key accounts, prospects and national customers.

As a proven business winner, you will spend time on construction projects demonstrating innovative product solutions that enhance productivity and/or improve safety performance and best practice.

We are looking for a candidate who is eager to develop their knowledge of our organisation, its people and its services and who also seeks to improve their own skills throughout their career.

What We're Looking For

You will be joining a successful team and should have proven sales experience, ideally within a construction related sector.

Ability to target new prospect accounts and develop sub-contractor spend at major project level within a defined geographical territory.

An interest in technical products with an ability to understand the principles of engineering would be desirable.
