Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead the design process from concept to final implementation.
  • Create wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity designs for web and mobile applications.
  • Conduct user research and usability testing to gather insights and validate design decisions.
  • Collaborate with product managers, engineers, and other stakeholders to ensure design feasibility and alignment with business objectives.
  • Mentor and guide junior designers, providing feedback and fostering a culture of continuous improvement.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices to ensure our products are at the forefront of design innovation.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience as a Product Designer, with a strong portfolio showcasing your design work.
  • Proficiency in design tools such as Sketch, Figma, Adobe Creative Suite, or similar.
  • Strong understanding of user-centered design principles and methodologies.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
  • Ability to think strategically and solve complex design problems.
  • Experience with user research and usability testing.
  • Knowledge of front-end development is a plus.

£500 per day Outside/Inside IR35
