Customer Service Manager

Our client, who are a leading Residential Developer are looking for a Customer Service Manager to join their high-performing team and support the customer service management of multiple developments.
Reporting into the Customer Service Executive, you would be overseeing multiple developments within your portfolio.
This is an exciting role, which would suit an individual with previous proven track record as Customer Service Manager within Residential Development, with a particular focus on quality process management and/or defect management.
PLEASE NOTE: This role does not offer Flexible working. The hours would be 8-5, 5 days from the required site in London.
RESPONSIBILITIES INCLUDE, BUT NOT LIMITED TO:
- Liaise and correspond with customers at point of legal completion through to the end of the warranty period.
- Keep accurate logs of all customer interaction.
- Carry out the quality inspection and de-snag of properties and record results on snagging system.
- Record and issue defect notices.
- Regularly inspect / monitor the general state areas within your portfolio.
- Liaise with the Construction Manager / Sub-contractors to ensure any snagging items identified in pre-occupation or handover meetings are dealt with promptly and record on electronic snagging system
IDEAL CANDIDATE:
- Quality process management and / or defect management experience
- Customer facing experience
- Experience dealing with contractors and building solid relationships
- Confident in dealing with CRM systems and electronic snagging / defect management
- Confident in challenging bad practice
- Excellent team player
- Demonstrating impeccable Health and Safety Standards and leading by example
