The business is a very successful hospitality organisation that has a number of revenue streams. Having operated for over 20 years it is a leader in it's field.

An opportunity has arisen for a Finance Manager that will be a respected and valued member of the finance and wider head office team. The candidate will be responsible for working with senior management and the directors to develop financial strategies for the organization. You will be comfortable handling large amounts of data, acting as a business partner, decision maker, and providing regular financial reporting. This is a very hands on role and will suit someone who is very organised, approachable and accurate in their output.


Responsibilities

  • Lead financial meetings
  • Complete financial accounting and forecasting
  • Deliver reports and metrics to leadership
  • Improve the financial systems and procedures in the business
  • Mange and inspire the finance team


Qualifications


  • Bachelor's degree or higher in Finance or related field 5 - 7 years of relevant experience
  • Fluency in Microsoft Office suite (Outlook, Excel, Word, PowerPoint, etc.)
  • Detail-oriented and analytical
