An exciting opportunity has arisen for an HR & Finance Assistant to join our professional HR & Finance team.

The role involves HR & finance support services to staff and managers across a range of departments.

Duties will include organising, and implementing multiple recruitment campaigns, managing the onboarding process and being part of the administrative support to the HR operation, raising purchase orders, data entry on the finance system and Managing incoming, outgoing invoices and credit control.


You will be expected to provide and develop all necessary administration including offers of employment, onboarding, running reports and payroll inputting, as well as dealing with general HR and finance queries to enable the HR & finance team to successfully deliver a range of services to its customers.


As a key member of the team, you will also have the opportunity to be involved in and contribute to a number of projects and initiatives.

The ability to seek efficiencies and ensure consistency of approach is key in this busy and demanding role.

Main responsibilities:

  • Supporting internal and external inquiries and requests related to the HR department
  • Compiling and maintaining paper, digital and electronic employee records, including holiday and sickness leaves
  • Assisting payroll and assisting with the documentation of employee compensation and benefits
  • Coordinating staff onboarding, employee training, creating reports and followup
  • Entering employee data into the computer database
  • Overseeing HR events and meetings and coordinating managementemployee communications
  • Take notes in meetings ( Eg: Disciplinary/ Grievance/Performance/ Absence)
  • Continuously learn the latest HR best practices to improve workplace efficiency
  • Manage incoming, outgoing invoices and credit control.
  • Manage petty expenses and payments. Create purchase and sales orders in the accounting system.
