Our client is looking for a Program Manager with strong problem solving and communication skills.


We are seeking an innovative team member who can spearhead both business and technical improvements to enhance our customer experience. An analytical thinker who can make data driven decisions. The ideal candidate who can collaborate effectively, drive execution and customer advocacy.



Responsibilities

  • Coordinate multiple projects, making detailed plans to accomplish goals and objectives to deliver enterprise grade support
  • Collaborate with internal partners to prepare support readiness for product launches
  • Prioritise team roadmap and monitor progress against team goals
  • Build strong relationships with internal partners to align roadmaps, business goals and project resourcing
  • Create narratives from data analysis to identify product and support improvement opportunities
  • Communicate process and program changes via change management channels and partner working groups
  • Drive operational excellence by streamlining process to enhance the customer experience



Required skills

  • 5+ years of experience in a project management role
  • Strong knowledge of computer software, such as the Microsoft office suite
  • Experience reading and analysing data dashboard to build support narratives and leadership reports
  • Superior verbal and written communication skills to develop presentations, support resources and trainings
  • Exhibit a balance of analytical and interpersonal skills which serves a variety of audiences, both internal and external
  • Passion for delivering a world class customer experience with strong attention to detail
  • Demonstrated ability to multitask and prioritise in a fast-paced environment
  • Ability to work independently and manage one’s time


Preferred

  • Project management certification (PMP, PRINCE2, SixSigma etc)
  • Experience working in a customer support environment
