Paid Search Senior Account Executive


Overview


Your responsibility as a Senior Account Executive is to support your team across
client service, account development and team management in order to drive client
success and to develop and refine your own skills. You will be a key client contact and
responsible for both hands on and delegated implementation for a wide range of Paid Search strategies and processes.

Skills & Experience


- Hands-on PPC experience working with Google and Microsoft Ads across both
keywords and shopping
- Experience working to KPIs such as Sales, Lead Value and ROI
- Experience in managing, delegating to or training a junior executive desirable
- Ability to prioritise between multiple tasks and take initiative to identify new
opportunities
- Strong communication skills. The ability to explain complex
requirements/data/analysis to colleagues and clients in a clear and engaging
manner
- Strong numeracy and analytical skills

Key Duties


- Manage all aspects of client accounts to an exceptional standard
- Support your team in carrying out development projects and testing, displaying
initiative in identifying and prioritising opportunities
- Provide and assist with accurate client forecasting; meet and exceed
performance targets
- Deploy new business innovations, tools and processes on client accounts
- Responsible for regular client communication including reporting, calls,
meetings and contributing to slide decks and presentations
- Manage the time and development of the Account Executives within your team
and take full responsibility for their development
