Key Responsibilities:


  • Gain a thorough understanding of our products and services continuously.
  • Actively pursue sales opportunities, manage sales pipelines, and drive the sales process from lead generation to deal closure.
  • Track sales activities, monitor sales performance metrics, and prepare regular reports for senior management.
  • Conduct product presentations, demonstrations, and consultations to educate clients on the features, benefits, and value of our solutions.
  • Develop comprehensive sales strategies and plans to penetrate target markets and achieve sales targets.
  • Identify and prioritize sales opportunities based on market analysis, customer needs, and competitive landscape.
  • Execute sales strategies and engage with prospective clients through various activities, including networking events and conferences.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to refine sales tactics and product positioning based on market feedback.
  • Liaise with cross-functional teams to coordinate sales efforts and resolve issues.
  • Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers within healthcare facilities.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of sales activities using CRM software.
  • Gather and relay client feedback to understand their needs and concerns.
  • Build and maintain excellent relationships with existing clients and potential new businesses to enhance the company's brand image.
  • Work with care homes to demonstrate eMAR product functionality.
  • Advise clients on the benefits and implementation of the eMAR system.
  • Build and maintain relationships with clients and prospects.
  • Manage and optimize the pipeline of prospects.
  • Contribute to product development by providing feedback and asking questions about the technology.
  • Drive our mission by displaying Camascope values.
  • Collaborate with the operations and pharmacy team to ensure smooth onboarding of new clients.


This is a development role with room to grow within the team.


Required Qualifications:


  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in Business, Sales, or a related field.
  • Proven track record of success in sales, preferably in healthcare, with demonstrated achievement of sales targets.
  • Pharmacy or care experience is highly crucial, whether directly in a similar role within a pharmacy or care provider, or with a supplier collaborating with these organisations.
  • Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport, negotiate effectively, and influence decision-makers.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and organizational skills.
  • Ability to work independently, prioritize tasks, and manage time effectively in a fast-paced environment.
  • Proficiency in CRM software (Hubspot is desirable), sales automation tools, and Microsoft Office suite.
  • Self-motivated, proactive, and adaptable to changing priorities.
  • Required Attributes
  • Curiosity: Eager to learn and understand intricacies of medication management and care technology.
  • Advisory Skills: Ability to provide sound advice and solutions to prospects/clients, focusing on building strong, long-lasting relationships.

  • Background in Pharmacy/Care: Experience in pharmacy, care, or related fields is highly desirable.
