Key Responsibilities:
- Gain a thorough understanding of our products and services continuously.
- Actively pursue sales opportunities, manage sales pipelines, and drive the sales process from lead generation to deal closure.
- Track sales activities, monitor sales performance metrics, and prepare regular reports for senior management.
- Conduct product presentations, demonstrations, and consultations to educate clients on the features, benefits, and value of our solutions.
- Develop comprehensive sales strategies and plans to penetrate target markets and achieve sales targets.
- Identify and prioritize sales opportunities based on market analysis, customer needs, and competitive landscape.
- Execute sales strategies and engage with prospective clients through various activities, including networking events and conferences.
- Collaborate with internal teams to refine sales tactics and product positioning based on market feedback.
- Liaise with cross-functional teams to coordinate sales efforts and resolve issues.
- Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers within healthcare facilities.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of sales activities using CRM software.
- Gather and relay client feedback to understand their needs and concerns.
- Build and maintain excellent relationships with existing clients and potential new businesses to enhance the company's brand image.
- Work with care homes to demonstrate eMAR product functionality.
- Advise clients on the benefits and implementation of the eMAR system.
- Build and maintain relationships with clients and prospects.
- Manage and optimize the pipeline of prospects.
- Contribute to product development by providing feedback and asking questions about the technology.
- Drive our mission by displaying Camascope values.
- Collaborate with the operations and pharmacy team to ensure smooth onboarding of new clients.
This is a development role with room to grow within the team.
Required Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in Business, Sales, or a related field.
- Proven track record of success in sales, preferably in healthcare, with demonstrated achievement of sales targets.
- Pharmacy or care experience is highly crucial, whether directly in a similar role within a pharmacy or care provider, or with a supplier collaborating with these organisations.
- Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport, negotiate effectively, and influence decision-makers.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and organizational skills.
- Ability to work independently, prioritize tasks, and manage time effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficiency in CRM software (Hubspot is desirable), sales automation tools, and Microsoft Office suite.
- Self-motivated, proactive, and adaptable to changing priorities.
