Key Responsibilities:


  • Client Portfolio Management: Oversee and strategically develop our current client portfolio, which includes FMCG major food and non-food retailers, the fast food and food service sector, and national consolidator businesses.
  • Business Development: Identify and pursue new business opportunities within existing accounts and potential new accounts.
  • Customer Relationship Management: Build and sustain long-term successful relationships with customers, translating their needs into sales.
  • CRM Maintenance: Keep accurate and up-to-date records in a CRM system to ensure full visibility of the sales pipeline.
  • KPI Achievement: Consistently meet or exceed key performance indicators.
  • Client Engagement: Schedule and conduct meetings with clients and prospects both in person and through web-based platforms.


Desired Skills and Experience


  • At least 5 years of experience in Goods Not for Resale (GNFR) sales, with a strong background in managing and negotiating multimillion-dollar accounts.
  • Experience as a Sales Manager or in leading a business unit with revenues exceeding £30 million.
  • Preferable knowledge of paper bag manufacturing.
  • Proven experience in selling core products such as paper bags for food, bakery, and fast food sectors; paper tape handle carriers for retail and fast food; refuse sacks; mailing bags; reusable shopping bags; and BOPP film on reel.

  • Technical Proficiency: Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
