Purpose of the Job:

Working to best practices and following documented procedures to ensure stock records are kept accurate, and incoming and outgoing goods are handled efficiently to meet customer and supplier expectations

Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Collecting and entering data into internal databases.
  • Using industry software to complete accurate diagnostics on mobile phones and other devices.
  • Produce an appropriate quantity of work whilst maintaining high standards of quality.
  • Demonstrates knowledge and use of systems and internal programmes to provide accurate data to own and other departments
  • Notify Supervisor of problems in a timely manner. Contributes to problem resolution
  • Uses computerised or manual processes to process stock to an exacting standard. Ensures accuracy of own work.
  • To manage order processing tasks on a daily basis
  • Daily general administrative task
  • Conforms to business and customer security and compliance policies
  • Contributes to performance of the team.
  • Contributes to maintaining a safe working environment and raises H&S concerns in a timely manner.
  • Works hard to deliver outputs on time on to meet and exceed customer expectation.
