Corporate Housing and Departure Services Coordinator (responsible for Swiss Market)

(Part-time or full-time employment possible)


What you will do


  • Management of a pool of company flats and liaison with the owners and real estate agents
  • Communication with corporate clients, tenants, as well as subcontractors and tradespeople
  • Booking of hotels for new arrivals
  • Providing active administrative support in the management of furnished flats
  • Providing departure services to expats, such as assistance with exit inspection, claim insurance, deposit release
  • Coordination and organisation of pre-exit inspections, property visits, move-ins and move-outs, cleaning, key management, etc.
  • Independent processing of customer enquiries
  • Assistance with invoice entry, control and accountancy
  • Management and maintenance of data systems

  • Confident use of IT tools
  • Team player who is happy to job- and position-share
  • Quick grasp of new concepts and a flair for numbers.
  • General real estate knowledge (leases, entrance inspection, exit inspection, insurance and claim handling)
  • Excellent command of French or German, as well as professional level of English
