The Role
We are working with an international law firm who are looking for a Company Secretarial Manager to join their team in London.
The main duties of the role include the day-to-day management and oversight of a range of corporate facilities including registered office and company secretarial facilities, company formations, notarisation and legalisation services and agent for service of process in the UK working alongside the Firm’s corporate team.
Some of your responsibilities will include:
- Overseeing daily management tasks.
- Liaising with clients and service providers.
- Present to the corporate seat trainees as part of the Firm's trainee inductions.
- Ensuring that companies are aware of any annual filing requirement approaching.
- Assisting trainees and assistants in corporate transactions.
Requirements for the Role:
- ICSA Qualified.
- Sound company secretarial and administrative background preferably from a legal or accounting practice.
- Knowledge of company law, especially regarding the rules and regulations governing the administration of companies
