Creative Lead:


Agora Talent is excited to be partnered with a pioneering, sustainably-focused, DTC brand. The business is rapidly ascending as a top contender in their industry. As they surge through a period of remarkable growth, we are seeking a dynamic Creative Lead to champion their brand vision by crafting compelling assets for deployment across all branded touch-points.


The Role:


Deliver the creative brand vision and develop new brand guidelines to suitably elevate and support the business as they grow. This is an exciting role that will lead the development of brand assets across a diverse range of channels, spanning digital communications, physical retail and e-commerce platforms.


Although personal creative skillsets are not essential, any additional creative experience or skills you can bring to the table will be seen as a significant benefit, there will be an additional creative hire under this role to compliment, and broaden the in-house asset creation capability.


Profile:


  • Seasoned Experience: You bring over 5 years of Creative Lead expertise, particularly within start-up or SME environments.
  • Proven Campaign Success: Demonstrated ability to orchestrate high-impact brand awareness campaigns across varied channels within fast-paced settings.
  • Creative Flair: Innately creative with a keen eye for exceptional design, proficient in assessing excellence across videography, photography, and graphic design.
  • Collaborative Spirit: Adept at fostering collaboration, adeptly communicating with cross-functional teams to conceptualise campaigns and uphold creative consistency throughout all marketing channels.
  • Meticulous Attention: You value the power of a robust creative brief and advocate for consistently superior assets across all touch points, adept at providing constructive feedback to achieve optimal outcomes.
  • Team Leadership: Previous experience managing teams, guiding them towards achieving collective goals.
  • Project Management Prowess: Exceptional organisational skills, capable of meticulously planning and overseeing multiple creative tasks to ensure timely and budget-conscious delivery.
