Your Career

Take on the role of Implementation Consultant within MHR’s Professional Services Department and lead the delivery of tailored consultancy services to a diverse portfolio of clients. This role offers the opportunity to leverage your expertise in payroll software implementation and legacy system integration, ensuring customers receive exceptional value and achieve their desired outcomes. With a strong emphasis on customer satisfaction and meeting utilisation targets, this position is ideal for experienced professionals seeking a challenging and rewarding consultancy role.


Your Team

As a valued member of the Professional Services team, you’ll collaborate with project teams, legacy system providers, and internal stakeholders to deliver seamless software implementations. You’ll work closely with customers to understand their unique needs and provide tailored solutions, fostering strong relationships and ensuring project success. Teamwork, adaptability, and communication are at the core of this dynamic and supportive environment.


Your Impact

Responsibilities

  • Manage a diverse portfolio of customers, providing tailored consultancy services to meet their needs.
  • Build and nurture strong client relationships to ensure high levels of satisfaction and retention.
  • Achieve and maintain utilisation targets, ensuring your work is effectively chargeable to customers.
  • Provide accurate reporting on utilisation and chargeability metrics to support departmental goals.
  • Lead and participate in software implementation projects, from assessments to post-deployment support.
  • Ensure successful integration of new solutions with customers’ legacy systems.
  • Work closely with legacy providers, internal project teams, and other stakeholders to deliver cohesive solutions.
  • Facilitate effective communication to align goals and ensure the success of implementation projects.

Key Skills

  • Proven experience in consultancy, with a focus on payroll software implementation.
  • Strong understanding of legacy payroll systems and their integration challenges.
  • Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills to build and maintain client relationships.
  • Experience with various software implementation methodologies and tools.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet tight deadlines.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Strong knowledge of payroll systems and industry-specific software solutions.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
  • Flexibility to adapt to changing priorities and travel occasionally to customer sites.
