David 2 Goliath (D2G) is a fast-growing lead generation and advertising agency specialising in delivering high-quality, validated leads to businesses. Initially focusing on the real estate sector in the UK, and later expanding into SaaS companies, we help clients scale by providing them with high-intent, conversion-ready prospects through targeted advertising. As we are ready to grow, we are seeking a driven and skilled Sales Partner to join our team and play a key role in our expansion.
Role Overview:
As a Sales Partner at D2G, you will be a critical driver of our business growth. Your primary responsibility will be client acquisition through strategic outbound methods, such as cold calling, cold emailing, and networking. Additionally, you will manage the lead validation process, ensuring that prospects are of the highest quality and ready for conversion by the client’s sales team. Over time, this role will evolve into a leadership position, where you will oversee and manage a team of Internal Sales Agents (ISAs), which may include internationally-based team members where some travel may be required.
Key Responsibilities:
- Client Acquisition: Lead efforts to acquire new business, utilising inbound methods including cold calling, cold emailing, and networking to attract potential clients.
- Lead Validation: Oversee the qualification and vetting of leads to ensure clients receive high-quality prospects that are ready for conversion.
- Team Leadership: As the role evolves, take on the responsibility of training, managing, and mentoring a team of ISAs and sales agents, many of whom may be based internationally.
- Collaboration: Work closely with the other business partner in closing sales meetings and ensuring seamless handover of qualified leads
- Prepare sales department financial and operational reports
- Create strategies alongside the agency partner to drive the future success of the agency
Compensation and Equity:
This position offers an initial commission-only-based compensation structure, with earnings aligned with those of the agency’s other partners. To foster long-term commitment, the role also includes an equity stake in the business, allowing you to directly benefit from D2G's growth and success.

We are looking for a dynamic, driven, results-oriented sales professional with a proven track record in client acquisition and relationship-building. You should be ambitious, self-motivated, and comfortable working in a fast-paced, startup environment. As a strategic thinker and an excellent communicator, you will thrive in a role where your contributions directly impact the company’s success.
Key Qualifications We’re Looking For:
- Proven Sales Expertise: At least 10 years of experience in sales, with a strong ability to build relationships, close deals, and meet targets.
- Self-Starter Mentality: Ability to take initiative, be proactive, and consistently achieve or exceed sales goals.
- Passion for Client Success: A genuine desire to help clients succeed and grow their businesses.
- Proficient in email outreach strategies: including crafting compelling email sequences, managing email warm-up processes, optimising deliverability, and utilizing tools like Hunter, Lemlist, or Apollo to maximise engagement and conversion rates.
- Sales Tools Proficiency: Experience with CRM systems and other sales tools to manage leads and client relationships effectively.
- Strategic Mindset: Ability to forecast, plan, and execute sales strategies to drive business growth.
- Leadership Potential: Strong coaching and management skills, with the ability to mentor and lead a team.
- Collaborative and Client-Centered: A team player who is honest, transparent, and focused on delivering value to clients.
Bonus Qualifications:
- Experience in SaaS sales or related industries
- Established contacts within the real estate sector
- Interest in building a personal brand online
- Has ran/ hosted sales training exercises and creation of sales content
- Understanding of advertising fundamentals (a bonus but not essential)
- Based in Southwest London (preferred but not essential; remote work is standard)
