Business Developement Client Partner

Peaple Talent has partnered with a global digital engineering consultancy who are recruiting for a Client Development Partner on a permanent basis based out of their London office. You will have a Proven track record of successfully engaging and acquiring new business within the UK banking and financial services market, along with you solid understanding of the UK FS market and will be responsible for building and developing a strong sales, business development and client engagement strategies.
Key Responsibilities:
- New Business Development: Identify, target, and acquire new clients within the FS sector, focusing on large and strategic accounts.
- Sales Strategy: Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve and exceed revenue targets.
- Client Engagement: Build and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers and stakeholders at potential client organisations.
- Solution Selling: Understand client needs and collaborate with internal teams to develop tailored solutions that address specific business challenges.
- Pipeline Management: Maintain a robust sales pipeline, tracking progress and ensuring timely follow-up on leads and opportunities.
- Negotiations and Closing: Lead negotiations and close deals, ensuring mutually beneficial agreements that align with company goals.
- Onsite-Offshore and Global Delivery Model: Sell projects using an onsite-offshore model and a global delivery model, ensuring optimal resource utilisation and client satisfaction.
- Collaboration: Work closely with delivery, marketing, and other internal teams to ensure a seamless transition from sales to execution.

- Digital Transformation for Financial Services: Specialising in driving digital transformation for banks, financial institutions, and insurance companies. By leveraging advanced technologies such as AI, machine learning, blockchain, and cloud computing, we enhance operational efficiency, improve customer experiences, and enable new revenue channels.
- Omni-Channel Customer Engagement: We help financial services companies provide seamless omni-channel interactions, ensuring that customers can engage with their financial services provider across multiple channels, including mobile apps, online platforms, and in-branch services.
- Regulatory Compliance and Security: Prioritises compliance with industry regulations and maintains the highest standards of data security. Our solutions help financial services companies navigate complex regulatory environments, ensuring that their operations are secure, compliant, and resilient against cyber threats.
- Innovative Financial Solutions: Development and implement innovative solutions such as mobile payments, digital wallets, AI-powered account analysis, and customer service chatbots. These technologies enable financial services companies to offer modern, efficient, and customer-centric services that meet the evolving demands of the market.
- Proven Success with Leading Clients: A strong track record of delivering successful outcomes for leading financial services clients. Qualifications:
- Proven track record of successfully hunting and acquiring new business in the UK FS sector.
