We are Looking for a results-driven Business Development & Client Account Manager to drive growth, strengthen client relationships, and deliver tailored solutions for our client. In this role, you will collaborate with key stakeholders, oversee strategic accounts, and contribute to the expansion of our business offerings.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Build and maintain strong, long-lasting relationships with clients and partners to foster trust and loyalty.
  • Proactively engage clients through solution design and innovation workshops, identifying their specific needs.
  • Develop and implement comprehensive business development strategies and account plans to drive revenue.
  • Lead proposals, pitches, and pipeline activities while ensuring accurate reporting via Salesforce CRM.
  • Effectively present and showcase the company’s services and value propositions to prospective and existing clients.
  • Collaborate with internal teams, including software engineers and project managers, to ensure seamless project delivery aligned with client expectations.
  • Stay up-to-date on industry trends, market developments, and competitor offerings to maintain a competitive edge.

Experience & Skills:

  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in digital business development, account management, or consulting.
  • Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field is preferred but not mandatory.
  • Proven ability to manage client accounts and sales pipelines successfully.
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
  • Experience with CRM systems, particularly Salesforce.
  • Familiarity with the software development lifecycle (SDLC) and IT project methodologies is advantageous.
