WHAT ARE WE LOOKING FOR …
We are looking for a Porter to join our Concierge team at The Celtic Manor Resort.
Your naturally friendly manner and calm, confident personality, combined with a passion for delivering outstanding guest service will make you an ideal candidate for this role.
We are looking for someone who is reliable, punctual, pro active, courteous and always smart of appearance.
A full driving licence is required along with experience of dealing with guests face to face.
WHAT YOU’LL DO …
You will provide a personalised service to all guests. Your aim will be to achieve the highest level of guest satisfaction as you will be acting as a representative of The Celtic Collection to the outside world You will always smile, be confident, polite and use guest’s names, if known. Good levels of English are required.
