Accounts Assistant / Bookkeeper for London-based design brand
Location: Wandsworth, London SW18 – Office based
Hours: Full Time / Part Time (flexible)

Accounts Assistant / Bookkeeper (Office based) – Full time / Part time / flexible
We are an established and dynamic London-based furniture design brand, looking for a reliable, enthusiastic and diligent person to join our in-house Accounts team.
All Account / general office duties.
- Handling accounts payable and receivable.
- Generating financial and operational reports.
- Reconciling bank and credit accounts.
- Company credit card and expenses.
- Maintaining and organising the necessary records/files.
- Month-end responsibilities including balance sheet reconciliations, journal postings, accruals and prepayments.
- Other finance / admin related duties as requested.
- Well experienced and proficient in Xero (essential), Sage Line 50 (an advantage), CIN7 (an advantage), MS Office proficient.
- Experience working within a finance department.
- Preparing / checking VAT returns.
- Confident communicator, self-motivated and focused on deliverables.
- High attention to detail and well organised.
- Excellent time management skills with ability to prioritise effectively.
- Experience working with multiple currency is essential as we trade internationally.
- Experience working with e-commerce an advantage.
