We are looking for a talented and experienced Junior Paid Social Manager to join us at Realtime Agency – a fast-growing performance and brand marketing agency.

You will be managing multi million-pound budgets and leveraging the very latest in technology to drive results, working closely with the major social platforms to deliver best in class advertising campaigns, alongside some of the best specialists in our agency across PPC, Programmatic and Search.

In this role, you will be contributing to the design, management and execution of client campaigns, driving new ideas to improve their performance through account structure, bid strategy, creative, ad copy, keyword expansion and audience management landing page optimisation. You will also ensure campaigns are set up, tracked, and optimised for reporting and maximum efficiencies.

Our team really becomes the primary point of contact between many of our clients and their stakeholders, so you will need to be proactive and confident in managing and enhancing our client’s digital measurement, identifying and presenting new areas of growth that will help continue the development of paid channels.

You will be passionate about performance, with a proven track record of success with a demonstrated ability to manage multiple accounts and projects simultaneously to meet key objectives and deadlines.



Key responsibilities:


  • Design, manage and execute large-scale paid ads on social platforms such as Meta, LinkedIn and TikTok required preferably with full funnel experience across brand and performance marketing.
  • Develop and implement comprehensive paid social strategies that align with client goals and target audience.
  • Own client communications within key accounts, and present the strategic vision of social as part of the full media mix and current performance on regular client meetings.
  • Drive new ideas to improve performance of social campaigns including account structure, bid strategy, creative, ad copy, audience management landing page optimisation.
  • Continuously monitor campaign performance and make data-driven optimisations to maximise ROI and achieve key performance indicators (KPIs).



  • Execute tests, collect, and analyse data, identify trends and insights to maximise performance.
  • Track, report and analyse website analytics and campaigns.
  • Manage campaign expenses, staying on budget, estimating monthly costs and reconciling discrepancies.
  • Identify and present new opportunities/areas of growth that will help continue the development of the paid channels.
  • Support a team responsible for the placement, optimisation, testing, and execution of complex campaigns.
  • Work closely with the creative and reporting teams to drive data-backed innovation and strategy.
  • Stay at the forefront of industry innovation and best practices, learn and grow your knowledge and bring new findings and ideas to clients and internal teams.
  • Understand Marketing Mix Modelling and how it impacts social.

We are looking for individuals that demonstrate a comprehensive knowledge of one or more advertising platforms, a strong understanding of how to build and execute campaigns, and an aptitude for working both internally with RTA’s product teams as well as externally with clients.

You’re the right person for this role if you have:

  • 3+ years of paid advertising experience (agency experience preferable).
  • Demonstrated ability to manage multiple accounts and projects simultaneously to meet objectives/key deadlines.
  • Experience with ecommerce is preferable.
  • Experience with website and lead analytics (UTM tagging, Google Tag Manager, Google Analytics, Datorama or reporting dashboards).
  • Meta certification (Fundamentals), Analytics and AdWords Certifications is a plus.
  • Outstanding data handling and analytical skills.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Working knowledge of Microsoft office products, especially PowerPoint and Excel.
  • Well-organised and flexible; able to move from project to project without delay.
  • Ability to work independently and as a member of a team.
  • A passion for Digital Marketing and learning
  • Strong analytical skills and experience generating analytical reports.
