You will be joining us at a very exciting time and will support the Physiotherapy department, whilst playing a pivotal role in the ongoing development and further expansion of clinical services at Spire Murrayfield Hospital.
Joining a forward thinking, committed, enthusiastic, patient centred team you will play a lead role in making a positive difference to our patients’ lives through outstanding personalised care.
Duties and responsibilities:
The role will involve the delivering of an excellent standard of assessment and treatment in the ward setting and in outpatients. You will treat a diverse inpatient caseload, including orthopaedics, general surgical, respiratory, medical admissions, oncology and elderly care, supported by the senior team. In outpatients, you will have regular one to one training and supervision to develop your musculoskeletal skills. You will demonstrate excellent written and verbal communication skills, with patients, consultants and colleagues, and effective time management and problem-solving skills.
Who we’re looking for:
- BSc Hons or equivalent in Physiotherapy.
- HCPC Registration.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, ability to develop good working relationships.
- Demonstrate solid clinical reasoning skills and evidence-based practice.
- To be computer literate with excellent organisational and time management skills and an acute attention to detail.
- Excellent customer service skills.
