As a Deputy General Manager (Maternity Cover), youll keep the hotel running like clockwork and lead your team to ensure our guests have an incredible experience with us. Take a deep breath because youll be stepping into a busy role Youll be working alongside the General Manager to oversee operations, ensure every stay is extra special and inspire a vibrant team to exceed our guests expectations. As a Deputy General Manager, you will:

  • Be yourself
  • Set guest satisfaction targets and ensure these are met, using guests feedback and surveys
  • Lead from the front and get stuck in youre the face of the hotel operation
  • Regularly inspect rooms to ensure our product is to brand standard
  • Mentor team members in your hotel, who are undertaking in-house Learning & Development programmes in support of their career
  • Collaborate with your local HR team to host engaging activities for your team
  • Host weekly operations meetings to discuss events and groups youll liaise with the Meetings & Events team to ensure your hotel is ready to deliver
