As a Commis Duck Chef you will be:

  • To produce a good Beijing duck quality to a high standard on daily basis, and ensure Beijing duck section cleanliness, products quality, assisting cost control, stock ordering and temperature record.

  • To assist in any of the kitchen when requires by Master Chef

  • Ensures the quality of food preparation is in accordance with the established standard.

  • Prepares the Beijing Duck, all sauces, stock and mixtures for daily operations.

  • Ensures the cleanliness and maintenance of all cooking and storage utensils.

  • Ensures all cooking utensils are in operation and properly maintained.

  • Serves the Beijing Duck to guests in accordance to the service standards/procedure.
