The role involves managing trial organization, maintaining compliance with regulatory requirements, and supporting documentation, communication with clients, travel coordination, and meeting scheduling.


Responsibilities also include assisting in the preparation and review of study documents, scientific publications, and regulatory submissions, as well as creating presentations and visuals. The role requires conducting literature searches, staying updated on digital health technologies and regulatory guidance, and supporting decentralized clinical trials and digital biomarker initiatives.


Qualifications

  • Life-science graduate with experience in research and/or project management within private sectors.
  • Strong interest in digital health technologies for drug development, outcome measurement science, and regulatory affairs.
  • Proactive and creative problem-solver with a pragmatic approach and a broad vision for process improvement and knowledge sharing.
  • Collaborative team player with excellent organizational and time-management skills.
  • High digital proficiency and strong technical writing skills.
  • Skilled in presentation, public speaking, and effective verbal communication.
  • Relevant experience in roles requiring similar responsibilities.
