Role Summary: We are seeking a Creative Director with a pioneering spirit to lead our nascent experiential marketing division. This is a unique opportunity for someone who wants to play a crucial role in building and shaping a new venture within a supportive, established company. As a leader, you will be instrumental in steering the creative direction and growth of this division.


Key Responsibilities:


  • Define and execute the creative vision for diverse experiential marketing campaigns.
  • Establish and manage a dynamic team, fostering innovation and excellence.
  • Develop strategic relationships with clients, understanding their needs and delivering beyond expectations.
  • Stay ahead of industry trends to incorporate cutting-edge solutions that enhance campaign effectiveness.
  • Ensure projects are completed to the highest standards, on time and within budget.
  • Spearhead the expansion of the division, positioning the company as a leader in the experiential marketing space.


Qualifications:


  • Minimum 5 years of experience in a creative leadership role, specifically within the field of experiential marketing.
  • Demonstrable success in developing and executing major marketing campaigns.
  • Strong leadership qualities with the ability to motivate and manage a team.
  • Excellent communication skills, capable of engaging effectively with clients and stakeholders.
  • Ambitious and entrepreneurial, with a drive to initiate and lead growth.
  • Interested in long-term growth with the company, including potential equity opportunities.
