Position Overview:

Oeno is seeking a dynamic Senior Wine & Whisky Private Clients Sales Specialist to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will be instrumental in fostering relationships with high-net-worth individuals, providing bespoke wine and whisky solutions tailored to their discerning tastes. With your expertise and passion for luxury, you will play a key role in driving sales and delivering unparalleled service to our esteemed clients.


Key Responsibilities:

· Develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve revenue targets and expand our client base.

· Cultivate and maintain relationships with high-net-worth individuals, understanding their preferences and aspirations.

· Conduct comprehensive assessments of client needs and preferences to recommend tailored wine and whisky selections.

· Provide expert guidance on investment-grade wines and whiskies, offering insights into market trends and potential returns.

· Collaborate closely with internal teams to ensure seamless execution of client orders and requests.

· Stay informed about industry trends, competitor activities, and market developments to identify new business opportunities.


Qualifications and Skills:

· Minimum of 5 years of experience in luxury sales, preferably within the private client segment.

· Proven track record of exceeding sales targets and building enduring relationships with high-net-worth clients.

· Proven track record of delivering results and turning leads into the clients.

· Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage and influence affluent clientele.

· Highly organised with excellent attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple priorities effectively.

· Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
