Our client is a leading media agency, known for their award-winning approach to their people, clients and social purpose initiatives. Working as part of a small and fast-moving team, we are on the lookout for a quantitative Research Manager, someone who is analytical, proactive and client-facing, who will produce high quality presentations, draft proposals, design questionnaires and analyse data, to present to clients across a range of different sectors.


What you’ll be doing

  • Responsible for designing research studies, drafting proposals, analysing data, designing questionnaires, managing reporting and delivering presentations
  • Through effective project planning, ensure projects are delivered to time and within budget, liaising with various internal stakeholders
  • Build strong relationships with clients across different sectors, by fully managing their bespoke research projects and maintaining strong communication
  • Use various tools to analyse data and craft compelling and insightful presentations
  • Work with the wider team to identify and manage existing and new data sources
  • Support more junior members of the team by providing feedback and reviewing draft deliverables


Experience and skills you’ll need to have

  • Experience managing an entire research project from beginning to end, including designing questionnaires, writing reports and crafting presentations
  • Experience working in media, either at a media owner or agency – or with other media experience linked to a research agency role - data, quantitative, survey
  • Advanced use of MS Office, in particular PowerPoint and Excel
  • Familiarity with either TGI, GWI or YouGov data tools and Facebook Insights/Google Analytics
  • Demonstrable stakeholder management skills in a fast-paced and agile environment
  • Strong storytelling skills when turning data into insights, able to lead multiple projects at any one time
