Job Overview: We are seeking an experienced and results-driven Senior PPC Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in managing PPC clients with different levels of spend, particularly within financial services and B2B. This role requires a strategic thinker with a deep understanding of PPC best practices, advanced analytics, and a passion for driving performance.

We specialise in creating and executing comprehensive media buying and digital marketing strategies that drive growth and deliver measurable results for our clients. Our team is dedicated to leveraging data, technology, and creativity to optimise performance and maximise ROI.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Campaign Strategy and Management:

  • Develop, implement, and optimise PPC campaigns across various platforms including Google Ads, Bing Ads, YouTube Ads and GDN.
  • Conduct in-depth keyword research, audience analysis, and competitive analysis to inform campaign strategy.
  • Create and manage PPC campaigns for multiple clients, ensuring alignment with their business goals and KPIs.

2. Performance Optimisation:

  • Monitor and analyse campaign performance, identifying trends and insights to optimise ad spend and improve ROI.
  • Implement A/B testing strategies for ad copy, landing pages, and bidding strategies to maximise conversion rates.
  • Utilize additional tools such as GA4 and Google Tag Manager to create measurable events for the PPC campaigns as well as other marketing channels if required.

3. Client Collaboration and Reporting:

  • Work closely with clients to understand their objectives, providing regular updates and strategic recommendations.
  • Prepare and present detailed performance reports, highlighting key metrics, insights, and areas for improvement.
  • Collaborate with internal teams including social media, content, and display to ensure integrated and cohesive campaign strategies.

Experience:

  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in PPC management, ideally with a focus on B2B and financial services.
  • Proven track record of managing high-budget campaigns and delivering measurable results.

Technical Skills:

  • Proficiency in Google Ads, Bing Ads, YouTube Ads and Google Display Network.
  • Strong analytical skills and experience with analytics tools such as Google Analytics, Google Data Studio, and other reporting software.
  • Advanced knowledge of Excel for data analysis and reporting.

Soft Skills:

  • Excellent communication and presentation skills.
  • Strong project management abilities with attention to detail.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Google Ads and Analytics certifications.
  • Experience with programmatic advertising and other digital marketing channels.
  • Familiarity with marketing automation tools and CRM systems.
