This market leading manufacturer of residential heat pumps is now looking to strengthen it's team with a Regional Sales Manager in the North East. Selling into the Social Housing refurbishment sector, you will have an industry leading portfolio of products at your disposal to offer the right solution to your clients. Experience in working alongside the Social Housing Decarbonisation Fund would make you a stand-out candidate for our client. This is an excellent opportunity to work for a company that sells more domestic heat pumps across Europe than any of it's competitors and has an extremely bright future. Responsibilities:
- Sell and specify heat pump products and associated accessories within the building services / heating sectors.
- Manage and grow existing accounts and drive new business through agreed channels.
- Maintain and develop a continuous pipeline of specified projects.
- Proactively target clients and projects within the defined customer segments
- Respond to and provide proposals for project enquiries in a prompt and efficient manner.
- Meet and exceed monthly and yearly sales targets and set KPIs.
- Maintain comprehensive records within the company CRM system.
- Carrying out CPD presentations and attend exhibitions when required
Qualifications:
- Ideally you will have a degree level qualification in relevant engineering or building services discipline, although candidates that are 'qualified through experience' will also be considered.
Required Skills:
- Minimum of 2 years’ experience in a B2B business sales role.
- Good contacts and relationships within the relevant market sectors.
- A track record of success with the social housing refurbishment sector
- Strong knowledge of relevant product technologies.
- Working knowledge of Microsoft Office systems and CRM packages.
- Full UK Driving Licence.
