Please note - This role is being offered on a fixed term basis until early 2026.

This role is hybrid, working between our Warrington office and various sites where visits will be required for on-site support.

Experience with Zonal systems is preferred but not essential—we're looking for the right attitude and willingness to learn.

What will you do?

As an IT & Systems Administrator, you'll take ownership of our key systems and processes, ensuring everything runs smoothly behind the scenes. Your responsibilities will include:

  • Order & Pay: Managing our order-at-table payment system, including menu and product updates, while ensuring smooth integration with other systems like tills. You'll also be first-line support for any site or supplier issues, working closely with the Me&U team.
  • Acquire: Handling product uploads and updates, managing pricing changes, user accounts, and overseeing recipe management across our systems.
  • EPOS admin: Overseeing all aspects of epos, creating and deploying menus. implementing promotions and seasonal discounts as well as providing support for all EPOS hardware requirements.
