THE ROLE - DEMI CHEF DE PARTIE

The role of Commis Chef or Demi Chef de Partie is to support senior chefs in preparatory work and daily kitchen operation. The main responsibilities are summarized below:

  • Willingness and desire to learn and develop under the guidance of the kitchen management team.
  • Work in a fast paced environment, maintaining the standards during food preparation.
  • Supporting senior kitchen team members, and management to aid in the smooth running of the kitchen operation
  • Maintain sound knowledge of all Healthy and Safety practices including allergen knowledge; Health & Safety policies etc.
