We're searching for a Governance and Compliance Manager where you will work closely with the Seeka Leadership team to support on the delivery of all operational requirements, in line with internal, client and industry expectations.

You will be responsible for the accuracy of all compliance and performance data and data analysis across Seeka, ensuring our reporting systems are robust. You will be responsible for accurate performance reporting, including financial reporting, compliance reporting and other KPI and data analytics. You will be responsible for analysing the performance data to identify any potential areas of improvement that drive positive change.

You'll work alongside the wider Seeka Leadership team in ensuring Policies and Procedures are up to date and readily accessible to the workforce. You will identify opportunities for continuous improvement and provide critical path support to both the Field Operation and Seeka Support Teams.

Building and maintaining relations with Seeka operational teams, Seeka support functions and Seeka clients is key to our delivery, managing these will be a core responsibility within your role.

This will be a key governance role, covering multi-disciplines with a key understanding of commercial agreements, managing KPI outputs and governance. Safety is at the forefront of our operations, and this role is critical to ensure Seeka is managed and performing to safety KPI’s, contractual KPI’s and obligations and regulatory requirements associated to the business stream.

This is a remote role (you must be based within the UK) What you'll be doing:
  • Develop and maintain strong working relationships with Seeka operational teams and Seeka support functions to identify and implement performance improvement initiatives
  • Work closely with the Seeka Client Relationship Manager to ensure all client requirements are fulfilled from a reporting and compliance perspective
  • Provide detailed reporting and analytics to the Seeka Leadership Team to aide efficient management of performance, compliance and governance
  • Producing weekly/monthly reports tailored by Contract/Region/Team for trend analysis and performance review
  • Collating and producing data for board trading and finance team reports
  • Establishing robust business processes and systems for areas of responsibility
  • To manage any specific projects needed and report accordingly
  • Support on internal and external audits
  • Commitment to driving a culture of safe working and personal responsibility
  • Manage and Maintain Seeka Issues and Action Logs to drive positive change
What we need from you:
  • Previous experience within a similar role
  • High level communication, influencing and reporting skills at all levels both internal and external
  • Significant experience of producing and delivering corporate governance and data reporting
  • Proven history of interpreting KPI data and producing material to support continuous improvement
  • Experience of dealing with changing circumstances and being able to ensure smooth transition of change
  • Ability to identify business risks and design and implement plans to mitigate those risks
  • Strong Microsoft Office skills
  • Relationship management with stakeholders
  • Full UK Driving licence
