Your responsibilities will include creating and producing dynamic projects, such as event guide magazines, social media assets, signage design, event brochures, other print collateral, and elements related to event marketing and promotion. You will manage your workflow under the guidance of the Design Manager, Marketing Director, and senior management, collaborating with internal teams to fulfil their requirements. We seek a friendly, collaborative team player who will engage with other departments, contribute fresh ideas, and innovate our design workflow at Blueprint Event Company.

Primary Responsibilities:

  • Stay updated on emerging design trends and share insights with the team.
  • Provide design support to the entire events team at Blueprint Event Company.
  • Manage the scale and scope of assigned projects effectively.
  • Develop and produce diverse marketing materials, such as email banners, brochures, show guides, media packs, web banners, social media content, and internal/external event collateral.
  • Craft compelling content, images, and infographics tailored for social media platforms.
  • Collaborate closely with the team on project management and ensure brand design consistency.
  • Adhere to event brand guidelines meticulously.
  • Report directly to the Marketing Director.


Requirements:

  • 0-2 years of relevant professional experience.
  • Positive attitude, with a strong aptitude for collaboration and problem-solving within teams.
  • Excellent communication skills, including the ability to comprehend project scopes and effectively manage client expectations.
  • Proficiency in managing multiple projects while adhering to tight deadlines.
  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced, matrixed environment.
  • Capable of handling multiple requests concurrently and providing support to team members.
  • Experience in events design and marketing/communications is advantageous.
  • Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, InDesign, Photoshop) and Microsoft Office programs (Word, PowerPoint, Excel).
  • Knowledge of video editing software like After Effects and Premiere Pro is desirable but not mandatory.
  • Meticulous attention to detail.
  • Submission of a portfolio link or PDF showcasing relevant work and experience is mandatory.
