Position Overview:

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement a robust marketing strategy that supports the company’s growth objectives, with a primary focus on driving sales and revenue.

  • Lead market research and analysis to identify new market opportunities and customer segments.

Brand Management & Positioning:

  • Enhance the company's brand presence and reputation in the marketplace, ensuring consistent messaging across all marketing channels.
  • Oversee the development of compelling value propositions that resonate with target audiences and differentiate the business from competitors.
  • Manage public relations and corporate communications to build and maintain a positive company image.

Sales Enablement & Lead Generation:

  • Collaborate closely with the sales team to develop and execute lead generation strategies that drive qualified leads and support sales objectives.
  • Implement data-driven marketing campaigns that generate measurable ROI, leveraging CRM and marketing automation tools.
  • Develop content marketing strategies that educate, engage, and convert prospects into clients.

Digital Marketing & Innovation:

  • Lead the digital marketing strategy, including SEO/SEM, social media, email marketing, and online advertising, to enhance online visibility and generate leads.
  • Drive innovation within the marketing department by adopting new technologies, tools, and methodologies that improve marketing efficiency and effectiveness.
  • Analyze and report on the performance of marketing campaigns, using data to optimize and refine strategies for maximum impact.

Team Leadership & Development:

  • Build and lead a high-performing marketing team, fostering a culture of creativity, collaboration, and continuous improvement.
  • Provide mentorship and professional development opportunities to team members, ensuring they have the skills and knowledge to excel in their roles.

Key Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field; MBA or advanced degree preferred.
  • 10+ years of experience in marketing leadership roles, with a strong emphasis on B2B marketing within the professional services sector.
  • Proven track record of developing and executing marketing strategies that drive sales and revenue growth.
  • Expertise in digital marketing, including SEO/SEM, social media, and content marketing.
  • Strong analytical skills, with the ability to interpret data and translate insights into actionable marketing strategies.
  • Exceptional leadership and team management skills, with experience building and mentoring high-performing teams.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence and collaborate with stakeholders at all levels.
  • Experience with CRM and marketing automation tools, such as Salesforce, HubSpot, or Marketo, is highly desirable.
