Key Purpose:


We are seeking a Data and Analytics Manager to support our Retailtech (Shoptalk and Groceryshop) and Fintech Meetup teams. In this role, you'll be the go-to person for managing all our marketing data in HubSpot, handling everything from incoming information to internal data usage. You'll also be responsible for generating detailed reports that our marketing and sales teams will rely on. Your role will provide crucial support on lead generation from sourced data, which involves understanding gaps in our audience to effectively source new data to fill those gaps. Additionally, you will gather and analyze this data, ensuring it is accurately entered and maintained in our CRM. Your efforts will be crucial in driving our sales and marketing strategies forward.


As part of the job, you will:

  • Manage and optimize our HubSpot database for maximum efficiency and effectiveness.
  • Design and maintain forms for optimal data collection and integration into our marketing efforts.
  • Implement and monitor automated marketing workflows, adjusting strategies based on performance data.
  • Produce regular marketing reports to track success and identify areas for improvement.
  • Develop strategic marketing segments and lists for targeted campaigns.
  • Provide analytical support for digital advertising and lead generation initiatives.

Robust Knowledge of HubSpot and/or Similar CRM:

  • Demonstrated expertise in CRM data management is essential, with a focus on data accuracy and utility.


Experienced in Reporting:

  • Ability to generate insightful reports both within CRM platforms and using external tools, guiding business decisions.


Analytical Skills:

  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data and turn it into actionable insights.


Project Management:

  • Excellent organizational and project management skills to handle multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.


Communication:

  • Exceptional communication skills, capable of effectively presenting data insights and strategies to stakeholders at all levels.
