We are seeking a dynamic Client Manager to join our clients team and provide high-level service to a portfolio of corporate clients. If you have a knack for building strong partnerships and driving business growth, this could be the perfect role for you
Key Responsibilities:
- Act as the main point of contact for assigned corporate clients, ensuring their travel needs are met with efficiency and professionalism.
- Develop and maintain strong, long-term relationships with clients, understanding their unique travel requirements and business goals.
- Oversee and manage client accounts, ensuring service level agreements (SLAs) are met or exceeded.
- Collaborate with internal teams, including travel consultants and operations, to ensure seamless travel service delivery.
- Provide strategic insights and recommendations to clients to optimise their travel programs, reduce costs, and enhance traveller satisfaction.
- Identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling additional services to maximise client value.
- Monitor client satisfaction and address any concerns or issues proactively.
- Stay updated on industry trends, travel policies, and new technologies to offer clients the latest solutions.
- Prepare regular reports on account performance, travel spend, and key performance indicators (KPIs).
- Assist with contract negotiations and renewals, ensuring favourable terms for both the company and the client.
Requirements:
- Proven experience in client management, account management, or similar roles within corporate travel, hospitality, or related industries.
- In-depth knowledge of corporate travel management, including industry standards, trends, and best practices.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and trust with clients.
- Problem-solving mindset and the ability to handle complex travel issues with poise and professionalism.
- Excellent organisational skills and attention to detail, with the ability to manage multiple client accounts simultaneously.
- Ability to analyse data, prepare reports, and offer actionable insights to clients.
- Proficiency in using travel management software and related tools.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Hospitality, or related field (preferred).
