Job Description

We’re recruiting for Procurement Operations Specialist to join us. We’re offering a competitive base salary and strong benefits package.

The team are Hove based and are in the office one or two days a week.

What you'll be doing:

  • Supporting the overall operations of the procurement team and business buying activities
  • Working closely with the accounts payable team ensuring an efficient and robust process
  • Identifying opportunity for process improvements to increase efficiency and customer experience
  • Assisting in driving forward the adoption and implementation of an improved procurement process
  • Helping to upskill people across the business to ensure a consistent high quality of service
  • Helping with the implementation of change management strategies

Qualifications

Who we're looking for:

  • Ideally you will have a background in procurement as a buyer or as part of an operational team
  • Some project management and process improvement experience
  • Experience in creating and delivering training would be advantageous but not essential
  • Strong problem solving skills and the ability to identify opportunities for positive change
  • Working awareness of Procurement / P2P tools such as Oracle, SAP
