Are you ready to launch a career in procurement and supply? We’re seeking an enthusiastic, detail-oriented Procurement Apprentice to join our dynamic team. This exciting opportunity offers hands-on experience with mentorship from our experienced professionals, helping you develop essential skills while working toward a Level 4 Commercial Procurement and Supply apprenticeship qualification.


What You'll Do:

In this role, you’ll dive into the world of procurement, learning the ins and outs of supplier management, risk assessment, and the creation of procurement strategies. You will:


  • Support operational procurement – manage purchase orders, monitor delivery timelines, and assist with supplier performance reviews.
  • Ensure compliance and due diligence – maintain records and contribute to risk reporting.
  • Assist in continuous improvement projects – help optimise procurement processes, drive value, and support sustainable supplier relationships.
  • Gain skills in category strategy and contracting – learn how to create and execute strategies to maximise value.
  • Engage with internal and external stakeholders – build your communication and collaboration skills in a team-oriented environment.

Skills & Qualifications:

  • Maths and English GCSE grade C/4 or higher (or equivalent).
  • Experience with Microsoft Office.
  • Effective communication and problem-solving skills.
  • To be considered for a Level 4 apprenticeship, you will need to have some exposure to Procurement, whether that is from work experience, a previous job role, or from your college and/or university studies.
