Role overview

This is an opportunity for an experienced Talent Partner to work with a top German Scaleup. You will be part of a team of 4 in TA. 2 from Adaptor and 2 from the Scaleup. The scaleup is looking for both hiring fire power and also advise and on talent acquisition meaning a lot of responsibility, but also a great opportunity to steer the direction of the startup/scaleup and work closely with the founders on growth plans.


You must have worked at an embedded model, RPO or in a TA role before and ideally worked with tech startups and scaleups. You MUST be fluent in German...
