Your new role Working on a large construction scheme in Cardiff for an established Main Contractor, you will be responsible for ensuring all the project documentation is up to date, accessible and accurately maintained:
Manage and oversee document control for construction projects.Maintain accurate records of all project documentation.Ensure timely distribution of documents and drawings to relevant stakeholders.Facilitate document retrieval for project managers and engineers.Implement and improved document control procedures.
What you'll need to succeed Proven experience in a document control role within the construction industry.Strong organisational and multitasking skills.Proficiency with document management software – ViewPoint and SharePoint experience is essential.Excellent communication skills and a keen eye for detail.Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
