We are seeking a motivated Sales Specialist to join our dynamic team in the UK. The Role:

As a Sales Specialist, you will be responsible for promoting and selling our cutting-edge Virtual Data Room solutions to a diverse range of clients, including law firms, investment banks, private equity firms, and corporate M&A teams. You will leverage your expertise to engage with prospects, understand their unique needs, and demonstrate how our platform can facilitate secure document sharing and collaboration.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Business Development: Identify and pursue new business opportunities within the UK market, focusing on acquiring new clients and expanding relationships with existing customers.
  • Client Engagement: Build and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers, understanding their challenges and providing tailored solutions that meet their requirements.
  • Product Knowledge: Develop a deep understanding of our Virtual Data Room offerings, including features, benefits, and competitive differentiators, to effectively articulate value propositions to clients.
  • Sales Presentations: Conduct engaging product demonstrations and presentations, showcasing how our VDR solutions can streamline transactions and enhance security.
  • Market Research: Stay informed about industry trends, competitive landscape, and customer needs to effectively position our solutions and adapt sales strategies accordingly.
  • Collaboration: Work closely with marketing, customer success, and product development teams to ensure a seamless client experience and gather feedback for continuous improvement.
  • Performance Tracking: Monitor and report on sales performance metrics, maintaining accurate forecasts and pipelines.


Skills & Experience Required:

  • Proven Sales Experience: 3+ years of experience in B2B sales, preferably in the software or technology sector, with a focus on SaaS solutions.
  • Industry Knowledge: Familiarity with Virtual Data Rooms, M&A transactions, or related industries (e.g., finance, legal) is highly desirable.
  • Consultative Selling: Strong consultative selling skills with a proven ability to identify customer pain points and propose effective solutions.
  • Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to engage and influence stakeholders at all levels.
  • Self-Motivated: A proactive and results-driven approach, with a strong ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities.
  • Tech Savvy: Comfortable using CRM systems and other sales tools to track performance and manage leads.
