As an Inside Sales / Account Development Manager, you will play a critical role in driving revenue growth by expanding sales opportunities, developing relationships with prospective customers, and expanding existing accounts. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to deliver tailored technology solutions that address client needs. This role requires a mix of proactive lead generation, account management, and technical product knowledge.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Cultivate relationships with existing accounts to uncover new sales opportunities and up-sell/cross-sell additional solutions.
  • Identify and qualify potential clients through outbound calls, emails, and digital engagement.
  • Develop tailored outreach strategies to engage prospects and initiate the sales process.
  • Create strategic Account Development plans to maintain robust Sales pipeline.
  • Execute follow-up calls, emails, and presentations to move prospects through the sales cycle.
  • Understand Client’s business goals and align them with our technology offerings.
  • Develop strategic plans to expand revenue within existing accounts by identifying needs for additional products/services.
  • Conduct virtual demonstrations, webinars, and detailed presentations for both prospective and existing clients.
  • Provide consultation on how our technology offering can improve business operations and efficiency for clients.
  • Meet and exceed monthly/quarterly sales quotas and account growth objectives.
  • Provide regular reports and updates on sales performance and forecasts to sales management.



Qualifications:

  • Experience with solution selling or consultative selling methodologies.
  • 5+ years of experience in technology sales, inside sales, or account development, preferably in a B2B environment.
  • Proven track record of exceeding sales targets and developing accounts.
  • Strong understanding of technology solutions, such as DevOps & Cloud Services, Big Data, Software Engineering.
