About The Role:

Amplus Talent are on the lookout for an ambitious Inbound Sales Executive to work as part of a scaling sales function and play a pivotal role in delivering a highly effective, award-winning, multi-channel service.


Are you a natural salesperson, with the ability to bring in new business and provide an unrivalled service to construction customers?


Are you target driven, and do you enjoy working in a fast paced, busy environment where no two days are the same?


Do you adopt a customer first approach in your working style and are you able to solve problems efficiently and effectively?


The role will report to the Head of Operations and will involve working closely with the Finance, Service Delivery and Customer Care teams.


Your key duties and responsibilities will include:

  • Speaking with and qualifying domestic and commercial leads, to convert enquiries into orders.
  • Answering a consistently high volume of calls in line with company targets.
  • Ensuring that all leads are contacted and qualified within a service level agreement, providing quotations to customers efficiently and effectively.
  • Being fully compliant with all company processes and procedures with the team, to reach the same standards at all times.
  • Delivering a professional experience through all interactions, by using a customer-first mentality to make decisions.
  • Focusing on the quality and compliance of your orders to empower the customer journey and achieve excellence.
  • Promoting and living by the company values every day, knowing your best self and inspiring other team members.


About You:

  • An ability to understand that growth businesses are unpredictable environments and comfortable with a degree of change.
  • Sales-focused and used to working in a target-driven environment, preferably within the waste/construction equipment/materials industry.
  • Highly capable managing different workloads, organising daily structures and comfortable delegating tasks out.
  • Comfortable with being a strong communicator with excellent written and verbal skills.
  • Confident in communicating over the phone and email with potential prospects and customers.
  • Tech-savvy, and comfortable working with the CRM solution and software tools.
  • Team player that fits right into the organisational culture.
  • Demonstrable skills in de-escalation, organisation and a positive mindset.
  • Minimum experience of one year in sales.
