This is a rare opportunity to wear multiple hats within a rapidly growing FinTech in the payments space. This role includes work across a number of risk areas including Credit, Fraud, Operational and Product.

THE COMPANY

Our client is an exciting FinTech who have been recently growing. They are seeking to expand their teams and business significantly over the next couple of years and are looking for a bright candidate to be part of this growth. As a business, they are forging a new path in the payments industry and offer a unique opportunity to grow with the company and be part of an exciting area which has huge potential.

THE ROLE

  • Use SQL to drive insight into customer portfolios, identifying anomalies and trends to create actionable impact
  • Reviewing potential and existing customer portfolios for fraud risks and potential areas for concern
  • Reporting to senior stakeholders and external clients on risk trends, business performance and wider insights
  • Collaborating with credit reference agencies and other third parties in order to use data within decisioning

YOUR SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE

  • Previous experience in and knowledge of SQL is essential
  • Experience in the risk space, ideally within the payments industry
  • Ability to drive insight into large data sets is essential
  • Prior experience in assessing merchant and fraud risk is highly desirable
